Structure & Compensation
- Part & Full Time Opportunities Available
- Fully Remote
- $5/hr USD with a maximum of 160 hours per month
- Minimum monthly commitment 100 hours a month
- Full time team members base is $800 USD/month + bonus
- Commission structure is based on daily number of highest appointments booked per team member.
- Total On Target Earnings $1100-$1300 USD per month
- Independent Contractor role but seeking a long term team member
- South/Central American Applicants Welcome
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 1+ years of appointment setting experience is required ie booking
in leads for a sales team to close
- Calling inbound ONLY (no cold calling) leads that have
opted in, purchased, or scheduled calls with us
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to learn and work quickly and swiftly to take action to
implement new ideas.
- Driven, competitive, and confident with consulting others
and setting expectations
- Coachable -- you are excited to participate in ongoing training and
constantly push yourself to get better and better
- Team player -- you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask
for help when needed, and complete tasks as required
- Self-starter -- you are comfortable working 100% remotely,
managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
