Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
  • Respond to customers on timely manner while following standard operating procedures.
  • Comply with Bank’s policies and available procedures/guidelines to ensure safety and security of the Bank and customers’ assets are maintained.
  • Strive to achieve key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/ Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts and weekend.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
