Job Description
The role will contribute to the strategy development and implementation of the partners development strategy and provide support to the leadership team on partnership management.
The successful candidate will define and set objectives considering both internal and external scenarios to maximize revenue and profitability and sustain a successful relationship with the partner(s), characterized by a high level of strategic alignment and tactical engagement in partner development business.
Hire and Lead a team of specialized partner relationship executives to handle partners accounts in various industries “Telecom & Technology, Banking & Consumer Finance, Aviation & Travel, Contractors & Real Estate developers, Online Shopping & F&B” and more.

Define, understand, and operationalize the business strategy for partnership in the context of employee benefits.

Participate in the development of the business plan, specifically contributing to the strategic outlook for the partnership.

Lead the identification and definition of partners and partnership strategy and pitch to new partners.

Manage and maintain relationships with all stakeholders, from juniors to seniors, to achieve business targets and build a progressive partnership

Lead the deployment of business plan to the internal team and to the partners.

Conduct monthly reviews on the partnership performance and support the management in discussing and finalizing remedial actions as required with partners, to ensure that the partnership has the requisite capability to deliver business strategies and goals.

Responsible for execution of new initiatives, marketing campaigns, sales promotion activities by partnering closely with marketing and sales teams

Prepare proposals and seek approval from the management on the design parameters and budgets of promotions for various partnerships, in collaboration with other internal stakeholders.

Administer contracts and agreements with partners.

Keep up to date with local and overseas arts events, exhibitions and festivals.

Look out for potential clients for future partnerships.

Manage the portfolio of existing partners, sponsors, artists and exhibition vendors.

Network with professionals in arts and entertainment circle for business expansion.

Participate in budget planning exercise for the organization.

Submit proposals and recommendations to management on new business development.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.

7-9 years of working experience in the same field.

Tech-oriented.
- Strong communication skills.
