- Proficiency in English and German - verbal and written
- Knowledge of marketing fundamentals including analysis required

- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree required
Job description:
- As a marketing operations associate, you will gain deep end-user knowledge of CRM tools for marketing planning, data uploads, updated, lead management and reporting as well as the MAP (marketing Automation Platform) and its functionalities for Digital Marketing
- Becoming a part of the team that develops and rolls out processes and systems needed for efficient and effective marketing
- Cooperation with regional sales and marketing teams and other strategic partners
- Support for marketing planning, events and pipeline management
