Noel Group is hiring a Hotel Manager for our Client in Wexord.vWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our client Hotel starting in November 2023. The General Manager will drive the company's growth, ensure operational excellence, and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's strategic plans, goals, and initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead, direct, and manage day-to-day operations,
- Provide strong leadership to department heads and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to expand the company's reach and revenue streams.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality products/services and effective resolution of any customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and mitigate operational risks.
- Provide regular reports to the executive team and stakeholders on the company's performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of proven experience in senior management roles with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
