You will specialize in selling digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, and Google My Business optimization. Your extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas will be crucial in successfully converting leads into clients.
Responsibilities:
- Receive cold calls transferred by fronters and close sales for our digital marketing services.
- Utilize your expert knowledge of digital marketing services, SEO, and website development to showcase the value and benefits to potential clients.
- Actively listen to clients' needs, answer their questions, and address any concerns they may have.
- Provide product demonstrations or presentations to showcase our services and how they can benefit the client's business.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both the client and our company.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior sales team members on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and new technologies to effectively position our services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a B2B sales closer in the digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of success in closing sales, meeting targets, and generating revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, and Google My Business.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple sales calls simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize leads and maximize productivity.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Passionate about digital marketing and committed to staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Previous experience in training and mentoring junior sales team members is preferred.
