EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Provide support to the CEO and executive team as needed, to ensure corporate goals and objectives are met and operations are efficient.

· Manage the president’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.

· Maintain and improve internal procedures that support the company's objectives, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.

· Manage communication between senior management and employees, collaborating with internal and external executives on a variety of initiatives and responsibilities.

· Plan and coordinate activities to ensure that the President’s priorities are met, organizational objectives are attained, and best practices are followed.

· Manage the CEO's professional and personal schedule, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, travel plans, client relations, and other company logistics.

· Perform administrative and office support duties such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet generation, faxing, and filing system and contact database maintenance.

· Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, scheduling and sending reminders or attend meetings on behalf of the company president

· Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all records and documents, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.

· Answer and respond to phone calls and emails, communicate messages and information to company President.

· Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

· Maintain comprehensive and accurate records

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, or equivalent.

· Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize task at once.

· Time management and ability to meet deadlines

· Superb Verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

· Excellent Problem-solving and decision making skills

· Proactivity and self-direction

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems

· Ability to keep company’s confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Pay raise

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
