Sensient Colors Turkey is searching for Production Operator to support our expanding manufacturing operation in Gebze, Turkey. This is a full time position. If you are looking to grow your career within the specialty chemical manufacturing sector, we would love to speak with you.
General job duties include:
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment at all times, ensuring compliance with PPE policy as well as established Employee hygiene and GMP policies and procedures.
Over time, build and demonstrate complete knowledge of production plant equipment in order to maintain equipment according to system manuals and maintenance schedules, and keep up-to-date records.
Operate, maintain and troubleshoot all HVAC equipment, including boilers
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and safety and bring them to the attention of production supervisor and operations manager.
Perform sanitation procedures for equipment and premises as outlined by Sanitation SOP’s, record tasks as required.
Perform pre-operational inspections before running equipment.
Responsible for approval and release of incoming raw materials based on outlined specifications.
