As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0-3 years of experience in customer service who possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers professionally and promptly, addressing their queries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in both day and night shifts as per the business requirements.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proficient in using computer systems.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to Gurgaon.
- No cab facility available, but travel allowance will be provided.
