Application Specialist (Data Entry) [Mexico]

Just a brief overview of the company and what we do; Our company specializes in and streamlines the medical licensing and credentialing process for Physicians, Nurses, Physician Assistants, and other healthcare providers across all 50 states in the US. We are looking to fill the position of Client Services Consultant immediately.

THE JOB SUMMARY is below:

The Applications Specialist is a member of the company's medical licensing application team which is at the core of our process. Is responsible for data entry and submission of our clients’ particulars into the various state board applications. Is responsible for timely drafting, submission, and following up of the application and supporting verifications for licensure, and seeing the process through up to license approval.

You will be working remotely and will need to have access to a reliable computer system and reliable Internet service.

This is a full-time position, requiring your timely attendance from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm on weekdays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Extensive and ongoing training will be provided):

  • Have a basic understanding of state medical licensing applications and provider enrollment applications for all providers types, including doctors, nurses, social workers
  • Understand our process of maintaining provider documents and information in the credentialing database
  • Keep accurate records all interactions with clients
  • Have a basic understanding of all the steps in the application process
  • Communicating with the provider by email and telephone when necessary
  • Conducting research in the form of web browsing, emailing and making phone calls to state boards, hospitals, certification agencies, training programs, when necessary
  • having a basic understanding of the different third-party sites used to complete various steps in the application process.
  • Alert team lead/manager of any potential issues identified while working with clients
  • Conduct followups as necessary, and document activity accurately and timely
  • May perform other light clerical duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English)
  • Spanish speaking/ Multilingual is a plus.
  • Must have experience working with American companies
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Well-organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong prioritizing and multitasking capabilities.
  • Handle challenges with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to respond well under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Experience in MS office.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams and G Suite applications
  • Ability to define problems, collect and organize data
  • Researching information independently
  • Prepare reports for the department as needed
  • Must have the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent

Pay: $15,280.00 - $19,000.00 per month
